Terms of Service

SkyLogicLab is currently operated as a pre-launch business project. Formal company registration details will be added after registration. For business, privacy, or data protection inquiries, contact: privacy@skylogiclab.com.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the SkyLogicLab website. They explain the informational nature of the site, how consultation requests are handled at a high level, and the limits of what may be relied on before a separate commercial agreement is in place.

1. Scope of Services

Services are scoped individually and may include work related to websites, automation, AI-ready systems, security baseline setup, or related consultation. Final scope, timeline, deliverables, and commercial terms are confirmed directly during consultation and, where applicable, in a written agreement.

2. Estimates and Timelines

Any package guidance, directional timing, or implementation examples presented on the website are illustrative only. Final commitments depend on the project brief, dependencies, complexity, and agreed delivery model.

3. Website Use and Acceptable Conduct

Visitors must not misuse the website, contact forms, or assistant features. This includes attempts to interfere with the site, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, probe security controls, or use the website in a way that could disrupt operations or expose confidential information.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, timely feedback, lawful use of delivered systems, and maintaining any credentials, content, or third-party services that are outside the agreed scope of SkyLogicLab support.

5. Intellectual Property and Materials

Unless otherwise stated, website content, brand elements, service descriptions, and design materials presented on the site remain the intellectual property of SkyLogicLab or the relevant rights holder. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables should be governed by the final commercial agreement.

6. Third-Party Services

The website may rely on third-party hosting, communication, email, or AI-related providers in order to operate. SkyLogicLab is not responsible for independent third-party terms or the availability of external services outside its reasonable control.

7. Liability and Reliance

Website content is intended to explain the service direction and consultation flow. It should not be treated as legal, financial, cybersecurity, or regulatory advice. Final warranties, risk allocation, delivery terms, and liability positions should be agreed separately in writing.
